| 摘 要： | 文章阐述了网络经济的内涵与特征,并对网络经济对我国政府行政的影响进行了分析,提出网络经济环境下,政府应尽快转变自己的角色,进行政府规制创新,以促进我国网络经济健康有序的发展,在此基础上对政府经济性规制以及社会性规制的创新进行了探讨。
