| 摘 要： | 结合武术套路教学之特点,对在教学中讲解、演练动作攻防含义的教学效果作了比较性研究,并从生理和心理的角度探讨了其在教学实践中画龙点睛之功效,得出讲述演练动作攻防含义在套路教学中具有较强的优越性和可行性.
