Characteristic Analysis,Resources Integration and Sustainable Development of the State-owned Corporations:the Case of China State Construction Engineering Corporation

Base on the investigation,this paper analyzes the outside condition and inside factors of China State Construction Engineering Corporation(CSCEC).It also makes the international comparison with the other multinational business model.The purpose of this paper is to assist CSCES to finish the developing strategy through integrating inside and outside resources in its critical moment of developing course.At last,the paper puts forward the suggestions from the point of State-owned Assert Supervision and Administration Commission of State Council.
