新时期高校职业化、专业化辅导员队伍建设的思考

高校辅导员队伍的专业化、职业化是我国新形势下的必然选择。当前,辅导员队伍专业化、职业化建设面临着职业身份和工作职责不明确、队伍结构层次不合理、工作条件较差等困境。所以,各高校应强化工作地位、创新管理机制、优化工作环境,以期促进职业化、专业化辅导员队伍的职业发展和事业发展。

To get university counselors professionalized and specialized is a must in the new period in China,yet it is involved in dilemma like ambiguity and obscurity of their professional identities and duties,irrational structure of the composition,and their bad working conditions.Therefore,colleges and universities should take measures including promoting their working status,innovating management mechanism,optimizing their working environment,so as to improve their professional development in terms of their professionalization and specialization.
