| 摘 要： | 目前,我国市场经济秩序混乱的局面依然十分严峻,制假售假现象尤为严重,威胁着人民群众的身体健康与生命安全,社会经济的发展遭受重大损失。法制的不健全及威慑惩罚力度不够、行政执法部门职责划分不清与多头执法、执法的权力及手段不到位、地方保护等是造成市场监管乏力的主要原因,市场监管如果继续因循守旧无新举措,终将贻害无穷。建立健全惩治有力的法律法规体系、组建专职的行政执法机构、行业自律、舆论监督、群众参与相结合的市场监管体系势在必行。

| Abstract: | At present, market economy is still in chaos in China. Manufacturing and selling faked goods is one of the serious problems which threaten people' s health and lead to great losses in the economic development. There are some main rains such as inadequate legal system, insufficient force of deterrent and punishment, unclear-cut of-functions and regional protectionism and so on. If there is no new behaves in market control, the situation will entail untold trouble. In view of this, this article put forward some measures to perfect the market control system. |
