我国民族地区的危机：形态、特征及诱因探析

近年来我国民族地区危机的频发度与危害的严重性均呈上升趋势。本文通过对民族地区危机的深入考察,认为与汉族地区相比,我国民族地区的危机在表现形态、特征以及诱因等诸方面都具有显著的独特性。正是由于民族地区危机的特殊性,使得目前我国有关危机管理的研究成果难以适用于民族地区。深入研究民族地区的危机,包括危机形态、特征以及诱因,不仅是民族地区危机管理研究的基础,也是加强民族地区危机管理、有效提升民族地区危机管理能力的前提条件。

Crisis of the Minority Concentrated Regions in China: A Probe of Configuration, Characteristics and Inducement

Recently,the frequency and serious consequences of crisis in the minority concentrated regions tend to arise.Compared with Han people,the minority concentrated regions are evidently characterized by configuration,characteristics and inducement through deep inspect.Because of its peculiar characteristics,the research achievements concerned with handling crisis are not feasible in this area.Further inspecting crisis in the minority concentrated regions,including configuration,characteristics and inducement,is not only the foundation of the crisis administration,but also the premise for consolidating region administration and improving the ability with regard to the minority concentrated area.
