| 摘 要： | 美国现代的芝加哥学派在当今主流的新自由主义经济学思潮中,占有重要地位.它对于20世纪70年代以后以至今天西方经济思想界的发展以及经济政策主张的变化,都有着重要而深远的影响.米尔顿·弗里德曼(Milton Friedman,1912-2006)则是该学派的现代奠基者、旗手和领袖.尽管作为现代芝加哥学派领袖人物,米尔顿·弗里德曼是自由市场和自由理念忠实的信仰者、支持者和保卫者,但是,在具体的经济理论、政策主张和思想方法方面,他和如今的新古典宏观经济学派却存在差异,甚至是"对立的".有鉴于此,我们在对当代新自由主义经济学进行研究和认识的时候,就有必要对他的理论和思想进行更深入的探讨.

| Abstract: | The Chicago School in USA,with an important status in the mainstream ideas of economics,has an important and far-reaching influence on the development of Western economics from 70s of 20th century and the change of economics policy.Its leader and founder,Milton Friedman(1912-2006),is also the supporter,believer and defender of free markert and free notion.Nevertheless,he holds opinions different from or even opposed to those of the school of neo-classical macroeconomics in concrete economic theory,political views and the mode of thinking.Therefore,his theory needs further exploration in studying modern neoliberal economics. |
