试论何其芳《预言》里的“颜色意象”

何其芳在其诗集《预言》里将颜色意象运用得十分出色和耐人寻味。象征“生命的觉醒”和“达到最旺盛的境界”的绿色出现18次;象征着人性中最深层的两种冲动“行动和欲望,开放和压抑”的红色出现15次;体现“光明和生命的颜色”和“青春力量”的黄色出现20次,既是“纯洁的颜色”和“充满希望和潜力的形象”,又表示“空虚”和“抑制的状态”的白色,出现27次。蓝色等甚少出现。颜色意象在各卷中数量的多少和变化,既意味着题材的集中或改变,也意味着心情的集中或改变,多侧面丰富了作品的意蕴,增强了作品的艺术性。

On the Color Images in He Qifang's Prediction

In He Qifanges poem anthology Prediction, the use of color images is splendid and thoughtprovoking. Among the color images, the green image for ＂life awakening＂ appears 18 times; the red image for the deep-seated human impulse, ＂actions and desires, free and constrained ＂15 times; the yellow image for ＂bright, life and youth＂ 20 times; and the white image for ＂purity＂ and ＂hopeful and potential＂ 27 times. But the blue and other colors seldom appear. In each volume, changes in number and types of color images imply the focus or change of the subject, or concentration and changes of the mood, thus enriching the meaning of the poems and enhancing their artistic value.
