| 摘 要： | 本文以下列几点来论述作者关于大学英语四级考试和英语教学的新思路。客观上,大学英语四级考试是在考查学生的知识和能力,实则是对大学英语教员的素质和能力的检验,针对CET-4衍生的问题,教师应创造融洽的课堂气氛,充分发挥考试的导向作用,实现从应试教育向素质教育的转变。同时亦需完善自身师资队伍。
