论中国管理教育的参照模式

狭义的管理教育就是以MBA为代表的工商管理教育,我国当前的管理教育是在参照美国管理教育模式的基础上进行发展。但是美国管理模式存在脱离管理实际与缺乏道德和价值观教育的弊病,不能完全适用于中国。为此,分析更多的管理教育模式将给中国管理教育的改革提供有力帮助。在此基础上,本文提出的欧洲管理模式和日本管理模式都具有可借鉴的价值,并期望中国管理教育在分析这些模式的基础上,找到本土化的新的方向。 

The Reference Models of Chinese Management Education

Management education,in its narrow sense,refers to business management education represented by MBA. The present management education in China develops by referring to its American model, which is not applicable to China because of its defects. Therefore, it's helpful to analyze more management education models. Pased on this, the European model and Japanese model are referential.
