| 摘 要： | 认识和分析研究生创新能力是培养和提高研究生创新能力的基础,也是提高研究生培养质量的重要内容。从对研究生创新能力的分类、表现形式、优势特征、薄弱环节和影响因素等方面进行分析可以看出:我们既不能过分地要求研究生创新必须达到较高的程度,也不能忽视研究生创新能力的作用;研究生创新能力的培养需要一定的过程,也需要一定的激励机制和滋生环境。

| Abstract: | To cultivate and improve the innovative ability of graduate students,we must make a thorough analysis of their abilities.Based on the research on its classifications,forms,advantages,weak links and influencing factors of graduate student's innovation ability,we can find that it's irratioanal to ask all the graduate students'innovation to reach a higher level,however it is wrong to ignore the effect of the innovation ability.Cultivating graduate students'ability needs time,certain incentive mechanism and proper surroundings as well. |
