| 摘 要： | 目前,我国少数民族地区的社会保障制度存在着基础薄弱、体系结构性倾向突出、覆盖面小、城乡失衡等若干问题。因此,应根据少数民族地区的实际情况建立和完善具有民族地区特色的社会保障体系,确定与民族地区发展相适应的社会保障政策,构建有利于民族地区发展的社会保障模式,以推动民族地区经济与社会的全面可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Many problems are existing in social security system in minority areas,such as instability,the obvious tendency of the system framework,lower coverage,imbalance between urban areas and rural areas,etc.Therefore,we shall base and perfect the ethical social security system on actual situation in minority areas,establish the social security policy which is suitable with the development of the minority areas and construct the social security mode which is favorable with the development of the minority areas.So,the full and sustained development of economy and society in minority areas could be promoted. |
