基于PLC的搅拌车电液调平控制系统研究与开发

摘    要:混凝土拌合设备在使用前需处于水平状态,以保证配料的计量精度和搅拌质量。本文设计了4点支撑的车载集装箱式水泥拌和设备自动调平控制系统,采用三菱FX2N系列PLC为控制核心,以触摸屏作为有线遥控,以液压元件作为支撑和动力系统,解决了传统水泥拌和设备调平时间长、调平精度低和工作量大等问题。给出了总体设计方案,设计了硬件电路和软件程序,试制了样机。经实验和现场使用证明,该系统调平速度快、精度高、性能稳定,较好地解决了四点支撑机构出现的虚腿问题。市场应用前景广阔。

The Research and Development of the Electro hydraulic Leveling Control System for Mixers Based on PLC

Abstract:To ensure the measurement precision of the ingredients and the quality of stir, the concrete mixing equipment must be in a level state before using. A automatic leveling control system with four support vehicle mounted container type cement mixing plant is depicted in this paper. With mitsubishi FX2N series PLC as the control core, a touch screen as a wired remote control, hydraulic components as support and motivation, this control system has solved these problems of the traditional cement mixing plant such as long leveling, low precision and big workload. In this paper, according to the overall design scheme, the hardware circuit and software program and a prototype are designed. Proved by experiments and field use, this system has fast leveling speed, high precision, stable performance and has better solved the four point supporting virtual leg problems, which has a broad application prospect in the market.
