| 摘 要： | 利用组织有效性测度理论与方法,将第三方物流企业视为一个组织,建立了第三方物流组织有效性测度三维模型,即测度对象维、指标体系维和测度方法维,并对三个维度的具体内容进行了讨论,包括基于组织运作过程的测度对象的选择、基于利益相关者的指标体系的构建、测度方法与测度主体关注点的匹配三个方面.

| Abstract: | The paper builds organizational effectiveness measurement three-dimension model of third party logistics with theory and method of organization effectiveness measurement.The model is based on production about performance evaluation of third party logistics.The three-dimension is object-dimension,index-dimension and method-dimension.The contents of the three-dimension are object choice based on organizational operation process,index building based on stakeholder approach and matching between method and attention point of appraiser. |
