| 摘 要： | 大学生的就业问题一直受到社会的广泛关注和重视,双选机制日渐成熟、就业市场不断开放的今天,越来越多的毕业生却表现出了更多的无所适从.他们不清楚自己到底适合什么样的职业,不明白应当怎样规划自己的人生.面对就业,面对压力,他们中的大多数选择了一味地盲从,"就业集体无意识","考研集体无意识","出国集体无意识"日益流行.如何摆脱"就业集体无意识"的束缚,帮助毕业生认识自己、做好规划,正确面对就业、面对人生,成为我们现阶段研究的重要课题.

| Abstract: | The issue of college students' employment has always been a major concern of the society.Though the function of bilateral selection grows mature and the employment market is becoming open,more and more graduates appear to be confusing.They have no idea what job they fit most and how to plan their life and future.So most of them surrender to herd mentality when facing job hunting and career pressure,and the collective unconsciousness concerning employment,graduate studies and furthering education abroad has been a common phenomena.Regarding this situation,we should concern on how to free them from the restriction of collective unconscious in employment and help them know themselves,plan their future and take a right way to face employment and life. |
