| 摘 要： | 阐述了在高等学校改革中思想政治工作具有"聚焦"作用、导向作用和参与作用,提出做好思想政治工作要围绕工作中心、紧贴高等学校实际和坚持以人为本的原则,总结了高等学校开展思想政治工作的新突破,即建立科学的管理运行机制、开展十大系列教育、发挥教育载体作用和强化宣传舆论功能等.
