| 摘 要： | 在日益激烈竞争的办学环境下,高校的办学特色已经成为学校生存与发展的重大课题。科学界定办学特色的基本内涵和主要特性,搞清高校在办学特色的认识和实践中存在的突出问题,是实现高校健康、可持续发展的重要前提与基础。培育和凝练办学特色,必须注意从战略的、历史的和整体的角度予以考虑和把握。
