| 摘 要： | 工程硕士的学习特点、行为绩效和心理成熟度等，与全日制工学硕士研究生有很大的不同，在培养质量标准的构成上应存在区别。培养单位和社会评价体系不能拘泥于传统的质量标准，应树立科学的质量观。

| Abstract: | As learning characteristics,behavior performance and degree of psychological maturity of engineering masters are greatly different from whole-day engineering masters,there should be some differences in the constitution of quality standards.Educational departments and society valuation system shouldn't be restricted by the traditional quantity standards,but be judged by the scientific view of quality of postgraduate education. |
