| 摘 要： | 总结了国外大学人才培养概况及相关模式,并对国外两所著名大学的产学研培养实践进行了分析,同时通过对比国内外大学教育现状,认为我国高校学研产合作教育模式应从全面的考核体制、多元化的合作形式和良好的服务保障三方面来加以完善。

| Abstract: | This paper sums up the profiles and related personnel training mode of foreign universities,and the Teaching-Research-Industry training practices at two well-known overseas universities of practice are analyzed.By comparing the current situation of university education at home and abroad,it is suggested that three aspects should be improved for co-education model in China,including comprehensive assessment system,diversified forms of cooperation and good security services. |
