| 摘 要： | 近年来,高校教师心理健康问题已经引起全社会的高度重视。借鉴组织传播学理论,从传播渠道、组织结构等角度,分析高校教师产生心理压力的原因,提出保持组织内传播渠道的畅通、充分发挥非正式传播渠道的作用来提高传播效果,进而消解高校教师的心理压力。

| Abstract: | In recent years,the psychological health of teachers in colleges and universities has caught great attention of the society.By means of organizing propagation and from the perspectives of propagation channel,organization structure,the paper explores the source of the psychological pressure of college teachers,and proposes that the openness of such channels be maintained,and that the functions of informal propagation channels be fully developed to promote the propagating effect so as to dispel the psychological pressure of teachers in colleges and universities. |
