中国人权法律保障的制度实现

尊重和保护人权是当今世界普遍关注的一项事业。中国自从 1991年国务院发表《中国的人权状况》白皮书以来 ,人权理论的研究与实践工作有了很大的进步。中国政府也在各方面采取了许多措施来改进和完善人权的法律保障。但从中国目前的现状来看 ,这一项工作还存在一些问题 ,与国际标准相比还有一些差距 ,这都需要在实践中加以解决。本文围绕着人权法律保障 ,从立法、司法及执法三个方面具体论证了中国人权法律保障的制度实现。

On the Realization of the Law Protection System of Human Rights in China

To respect and protect human rights has aroused worldwide attention. Since Chinese state department issued the white paper !status of Chinese Human Rights " in 1991, great improvement has been made in the research into the theory and practice of human rights. The Chinese government has taken many measures to improve the legal work of human rights protection in different aspects. But compared with international norms there still exist some problems at present. We have to try our best to solve them. The author centers around the human rights protection, and illustrates realization of its system from three aspects: legislation, judiciary and law enforcement.;
