| Abstract: | Idelogy of criminal law is an important part of Mao Zedong's ideology, its main content are such: the ideology of tempering justice with mercy, the ideology of determining the commission of a crime exactly, the studies about cause of a crime, the ideology of reforming criminals, and the standpoint of capital punishment. Studying Mao zedong's ideology seriously has an important influence to criminal judical practice. |
