| 摘 要： | 从20世纪90年代开始，我国不同类型高校问就进行合并，随着改革的深入，合并的热潮已告一段落，但合并后的高校在融合过程中出现了诸多矛盾，特别是对于教学管理思想的统一、教学资源的整合、教学管理的难度产生了很大的影响。为此，不同层次的高校合并后应统一教学管理思想，建构以院（系）为主体，校、院两级扁平化教学管理体制，理顺关系，利用现代化的管理手段，促进教学资源更有效的整合，提高教学管理的科学化、高效化。 |
