海峡西岸城市群创业环境评价研究

一个国家、一个地区乃至一个城市,其经济社会的持续发展与其创业的活跃程度呈现出密切的正相关,而创业活跃度的一个重要决定因素就是创业环境.海峡西岸经济区是我国区域经济发展的又一重要增长极.运用因子分析法对海峡西岸城市群创业环境进行实证分析,结果表明,海峡西岸城市群创业环境相差较大,总体创业环境偏差；浙江省和福建省城市总体创业环境优于广东省和江西省；各城市之间创业环境差距较大,但省际之间城市创业环境相差不大；沿海城市的创业环境总体上要优于内陆城市；各个城市创业环境各有其优劣势.为此,提出了优化海峡西岸城市群创业环境的政策建议.

Entrepreneurial Environment among the Cities of the Economic Zone of Western Coast of Taiwan Strait

A city,an area and even a country’s sustainable development is positively correlated with its entrepreneurial activeness,and one of the important determinants is its entrepreneurial environment.The economic zone of western coast of Taiwan Strait is another important growth region in the development of regional economy.The paper analyses the entrepreneurial environment among the cities of the economic zone of western coast of Taiwan Strait through Factor Analysis.The results show that the entrepreneurial environment is not good in general and varies from city to city;The general entrepreneurial environment of Zhejiang Province and Fujian Province is better than that of Jiangxi Province and Guangdong Province;The difference is larger among the cities but smaller among the provinces;The entrepreneurial environment of the coastal cities is better than that of the inland cities as a whole;Every city has its own advantages and disadvantages.Thus it puts forward some policy suggestions to optimize the entrepreneurial environment.
