再析清代封禁东北之目的

清军入关后,清统治者把东北作为“龙兴之地”,封禁了东北。其目的从最初要保持满族风俗、保证统治者享受的经济利益,到后来要把东北作为八旗兵源以及驾驭全国的战略基地。但在整个政策的实施过程中,目的和作用没有达到预期的统一,最终的结果不仅没有完全的保有“满语骑射”,还造成东北经济上的落后,战略上的失误,及军事上的漏洞,致使沙俄有机可乘,掠夺了我国东北的大片领土。

Analysing the Purpose of Forbidding Northeast in Qing Dynasty

After the army of the Qing Dynasty invading Shanhaiguan, the ruler of Qing Dynasty regarded the Northeast as "the place of Dragon Appearance "and closed the Northeast.At first, the purpose was to keep the Manchu's custom but then altered to take the Northeast as the strategic base of manpower resource of the Eight Banners, used to control the whole country. But in the course of implementing the policy, the purpose and the function failed to achieve the anticipated unifying. Besides economical backwardness, strategic fault and military loophole, the final consequence gave the Russia opportunity to grab a large stretch of territory of the Northeast.
