横店：中国影视文化产业集群发展的一个样本——基于共享性资源观理论的案例分析

基于共享性资源观的产业集群理论分析框架,本文对横店作为中国的一个影视文化产业集群样本进行了全面考察,特别深入探析了横店发展影视旅游实践的成功经验,并在此基础上对中国影视文化产业集群的发展逻辑与演化规律问题进行了理论总结和探索。研究发现,横店影视文化产业集聚生成并迅速发展的机制在于其共享性资源在获得异质性禀赋的基础上结合根植性特点,进行扩张式的积聚,并在更高层面形成更有战略价值的异质性资源,使之向高水平跃迁;其发展源泉来自不断学习和创新;其发展模式已显现端倪,那就是以服务于全国乃至全球的影视拍摄为基石,而展开的＂上游的影视制作产业＂＋＂下游的影视旅游产业＂的产业链延伸发展;横店的产业集群模式、发展经验及面临的一些典型问题,对中国影视文化产业集群的发展具有重要的启示意义。

Hengdian as a Model of Collectivized Development of Movie-and-TV Industry in China: A Case Study from the Perspective of the Shared-resource Theory

This paper, based on the analytical framework of the industrial-cluster theory on shared re- sources, is a comprehensive study of Hengdian as a model of China＇ s collectivized development of the movie- and-TV industry, particularly of its success in the development of the movie-and-TV-related tourism. It then explores the theoretical issues in regard to the development and evolution of China＇ s movie-and-TV industrial clusters. The study shows that the shaping and growth of the movie-and-TV industrial cluster in Hengdian is attributed to its shared resources, which, being heterogeneous and locally rooted, make the accumulative ex- pansion possible, thereby turning themselves into higher-level heterogeneous resources with more strategic val- ue ; that its motivation of development comes from its continuous learning and innovation ; that its model of de- velopment is more and more distinctive, characterized by the combination of movie production and movie-relat- ed tourism while making itself a national and even international center of movie making; and that its model of development, experience and typical problems it is faced with, are of important significance to the collectivized development of the movie industry in China.
