| 摘 要： | 根据全面小康的概念及地区经济特点,对目前西安全面建设小康社会的实现基础进行客观的评估,运用线性和非线性理论相结合的方法,通过对西安全面建设小康社会进程方案的量化分析,选择了一条既能保持经济快速发展,又能兼顾到全面构建和谐社会及全面小康各项指标,且具有可操作性及实现条件的最优发展方案,阐述了西安未来全面小康的发展阶段和美好远景。

| Abstract: | According to the concept of a well-off society in an all-round way and the characteristics of regional economy.This paper makes an objective evaluation of the present basis of building a well-off Xi'an city in an all-round way.In the way of combining linear and nonlinear theories,and analyzing the programs of building a well-off society in an all-round way in Xi'an,a feasible and practical scheme is chosen,which can secure the rapid development of economy,and the achievement of all the goals in building a well-off society.The paper also elaborates the development of a future well-off society in Xi'an,and the beautiful perspective of Xi'an city. |
