| 摘 要： | 受和平与发展不断深化的时代特征、复杂多变的国际形势、决策者对国际环境的不同判断等因素的影响,改革开放以来中国的周边外交呈现出三个明显的阶段。本文探讨了这三个阶段中国周边外交的主要内容和特点。在此基础上,文章简要总结出改革开放三十年来中国周边外交在目标、内容、形式等方面发生的巨大变化。
