| 摘 要： | 通过对魏晋南北朝时期官学制度的详尽考索,本文认为,王弼<易>学始立于官学的时间应在宋文帝元嘉十九年,即公元442年.其设立与东晋后期玄学与佛学、经学的融合以及私学教育的发展有极密切之关系.
