| 摘 要： | 儒家与墨家有相近的学术渊源,却导致不同的学术方向.墨家对儒家曾提出四点批评,学术界一般将此作为儒墨分野的主要依据.笔者从儒墨两家对"仁"的理解、对"礼"的态度和政治思想方面剖析其异同之处.认为,在对"仁"的理解上,儒墨两家从基本理念和表现形式、根源及其实现方式、宗旨及其实现途径等方面体现出不同的取向;儒墨两家对祭祀的态度和对"鬼神"的看法体现了他们在"礼"的问题上的主要分歧;从国家的起源和政治制度的运作的剖析中,可以窥见两家政治思想的异同.

| Abstract: | Although Confucians School and Mohist School share almost the same academic origin, they have different academic perspectives. Mohist advanced four criticisms toward Confucians, which is regarded as main bases distinguishing the two. The paper probes the same and the different of the two from three aspects: the perception to Ren, the attitude to Li and politic thoughts. The author holds that on the perception to Ren, the two schools have different view from basic mind and the form of it, origin and its realization way, goals and its realization. On Li, the main differentiates are the attitude to sacredness and ghost. From origin of nation and the way of the political system going, the paper reveals the same and differentiates of the two schools on politic thoughts. |
