摘    要:根据知识型员工的激励研究和职业生涯阶段划分的研究,将企业知识型员工的职业生涯阶段划分为四个不同阶段,其中每一阶段对其适宜的激励因素不尽相同:在探索阶段,适宜的激励因素为团队氛围、个体成长、金钱财富;在立业阶段为个体成长、金钱财富;在维持阶段为工作自主、团队氛围、认可尊重;在消退阶段为认可尊重、金钱财富。

Abstract:The career of knowledge workers is divided into four stages based on the study of knowledge workers and their career plan. In each stage, the compatible incentive factors are not the same. In the first exploring stage, the incentive factors are team atmosphere, individual development, and fortune. In the second establishing stage, they are individual development and fortune. In the third maintaining stage, they are independence of work, team atmosphere, recognition, and respect. In the fourth declining stage, they are fortune, recognition, and respect.
