| 摘 要： | 在新的历史时期建设创新型社会,哲学社会科学肩负着重大的历史使命。必须高度重视哲学社会科学的四大作用:动力作用、导向作用、价值判断和协调作用。在创新型社会的建设中,可以通过下述五大途径发挥哲学社会科学在建设创新型社会中的作用:以观念创新引导制度创新;以社科理论创新促进社会进步;以制度创新促进科技创新;以科技创新促进社会进步;以文化创新营造创新环境。

| Abstract: | In the new historical period of building the innovatiove society,philosophy and social sciences bear a great historical mission.Emphasis should be laid on the four major functions of philosophy and social sciences play:function of motive force,guide effect,value judgment and function of coordination.In the process of constructing the innovative society,we could follow the five major ways to make use of the function of philosophy and social sciences,guide system innovation with the innovation of concept,push social progress through the theoretical innovation of the social sciences,stimulate scientific and technical innovation with system innovation,push social progress by scientific and technical innovation,and build the innovative environment by cultrral innovation. |
