| 摘 要： | 对我国当代城市居民的社会阶层、居住组织结构、社区类型和社区空间、社区组织行为等居住行为的要素进行了分析。指出当代我国城市社会正处于全面转型期，城市社会组织结构正在或已经从“单位型”向“社区型”转变。当代城市居民出现了异质性，多类型城市社区并存是当代城市社会的主要特征，我国城市社区正向阶层化发展。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the following residential behavior factors： contemporary urban residents＇ social class, social organization structure, community types, community spaces and community organization behaviors. It pointed out that in China, the urban society is experiencing an evidently changing period in all aspects; urban social organization structure has been transformed from the ＂units＂ to ＂communities＂. The heterogeneity occurred among the urban residents. The coexistence of multi-type urban communities is the main characteristic of contemporary urban society. In our country, the urban communities are experiencing social stratification. |
