| 摘 要： | 我国从计划经济向市场经济的转轨,带来了社会体制的转变,加上居民生活水平的提高,住宅由社会福利品变化为社会消费品,其根本性质发生了转变。这种转变对业主和设计师提出了新的要求,使得住宅区及其住宅本身的设计程序及观念发生了很大的变化。

| Abstract: | The shift from the planning economy to the market economy in China has brought about the transformation of social system and the exaltation of the residents living level.Residential houses have changed to social consumer goods from social welfare goods.Such change in property has posed new demand for the owner and the designer,making the design procedure and concept of the residential compound and the dwelling house great different. |
