| 摘 要： | 现代学校管理模式和手段从科技性的角度来看的确比以往更有效率．但打卡机和指纹考勤为什么在实际中会被否弃不用呢？原因就在于现代管理提倡的是灵活的控制手段．而打卡机和指纹考勤等正好体现的是现代教育管理的缺失。

| Abstract: | The model and method of modern educational management seem more efficient than before in terms of science and technology. But why punch machine and fingerprint attendance are discarded in our daily life？ .The reason lies in the fact that modern educational management prefers the flexible management measure, but punch machine and fingerprint attendance just show the defects of modern educational management. |
