北京市文化创意产业发展的实践与探索

摘    要:北京市依托区位优势、资源优势和物质基础条件发展文化创意产业。目前北京文化创意产业的支柱地位已经确立,集聚效应进一步凸显。北京市在推进文化创意产业发展中以领导小组为协调机制,以"若干政策"为依据,以集聚区为重要载体,以体制机制创新为动力,初步形成政府引导、产业主导、企业主体的发展模式。

Abstract:Beijing has promoted and developed cultural creative industry depending on local advantages of district,resource and economy.At present,Beijing cultural creative economy has achieved its mainstay position with notable centralizing effect.During the promotion on cultural creative industry,Beijing municipal government sticks to five.fundamentals,balances three couple of conflicts,aims at one goal,unwraps ten working items,and finally shapes a developing model with a coordinating system centered by a leading team,a policy foundation of "several policies",making clusters as carrier and innovation in system and mechanism as power.This model includes not only governmental steering,industrial leading,also enterprise-self.
