试论甲午战争时期中国电报局的作用

电报局是洋务运动中的重要企业，它的创办对近代中国社会的发展具有重要作用。电报局创办之初，就鲜明提出以满足军务需要为第一要务。以往学界在论及电报局时，很少关注其在战争中的实际情况。事实上，甲午战争时期，从朝鲜战场到国内战场，中国电报局承担了大量不可或缺的事务，尤其是电报局通过架设随军电报直接参与战斗，为清军提供了诸多有利条件。

Review on Function of Chinese Telegraph Office in the Time of the Sino-Japanese War of 1894

As a modern enterprise founded in the time of Chinese Westernization Movement,the Chinese telegraph office had played an important role in the modern social development.At the beginning of building the telegraph office,it is obviously in order to meet the military affairs' requirement firstly.And in the academia,few scholar focuses on the function of the telegraph office in the war.In fact,the telegraph office have done much indispensable business from Korean battlefield to domestic battlefield in the time of the Sino-Japanese War of 1894,especially it directly entered into the battle by building the affiliated military telegraph offices,offering lots of benefits for the Qing's armies.
