| 摘 要： | 利用1,3-偶极环加成合成了新的去甲去氢斑蝥素衍生物,借助1HNMR、13CNMR及相关的2DNMR谱的分析,对斑蝥素衍生物的氢谱和碳谱进行了归属,并确证了该类化合物的构象.

On the Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectra of Novel Pyrazole-linked Norcantharidin Derivative of Substituted Aromatic Amines |

| Abstract: | Through 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction,the novel pyrazole-linked norcantharidin derivative of substituted aromatic amines is obtained.The structures of the title compound are identified by 1HNMR,13CNMR and various two-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) spectra with some absorptions of 1H and 13C NMR assigned.Additionally,the configuration of the compound is elucidated. |
