| 摘 要： | 儒商在长期的商业经营活动中把儒家伦理道德渗透其中 ,形成了儒商经营理念。其内涵可概括为“仁心”、“思义”、“守礼”、“亲智”和“诚信”五个层次 ,并由此构成系统层次性。儒商经营理念的价值功能就在于它是企业经营发展的灵魂 ,是企业经营立足的根本 ,是经营者成功的保证 ,是企业经营腾飞的关键 ,是企业兴旺发达的根据

| Abstract: | The Confucian merchants have infiltrated the Confucian ethics into their long term commercial activities and formed their management notion. It can be generalized as five aspects: " kindheartedness", "righteousness","etiquette", "wisdom" and "honesty", which consist of the system hierarchy. The value function of the Confucian merchant's management notion can be regarded as the soul of the operation and development of enterprise, the foundation of the enterprise, the guarantee of the operator's success, the key to the quick advances in the enterprise management, and the basis of the enterprise's prosperity. |
