论高校学报资料室文献信息资源共享

高校学报资料室不仅是学报编辑部的有机组成部分，而且还是高校图书情报工作的重要组成部分，这是其他图书资料部门不可能完全所取代的。要充分发挥高校学报资料室的特点和功能，实现文献信息资源共享，就应打破传统的管理方式，加强学报资料室的文献信息化和现代化建设，利用室藏文献更好地为编辑和教学科研服务，从而达到文献信息资源共享的目的。

On the Share of Documents in Data Room of University Journals

The data rooms of the university journals are not only an organic part of the editorial office, but also an important constitution of the book information of the universities, which can not be totally replaced by other departments. To fully exert the characteristics and function of the data rooms of the university journals, and realize the common share of document resource, we shall break the traditional management ways, enforce the modernized construction of document information of the university journals, and take full use of the preciously stored documents to well serve the edition, teaching and academic research, so as to reach the purpose of sharing document information and resource.
