Under the grand background of constructing the innovational country, people＇ s innovational ability has been taking on its protruding significance. Thus, the research done in innovational ability becomes a hot topic in today＇ s investigation field. Since the philosophy acts as the mother of science, it appears very essential to analyze the innovational ability from the philosophical level. The philosophical analysis takes the species nature disposition as its starting point. The philosophical analysis on innovation and ability helps understand innovational ability.
