| 摘 要： | 本文认为:十五大以来,中国共产党关于国民收入分配原则的提法及所强调的重点发生过多次改变,这一过程包括三个阶段;每一阶段关于分配原则的提法及所强调的重点,都是中国共产党为了顺应和促进当时中国经济社会发展,力求正确认识和处理效率与公平的关系的产物;整个过程的实质是中国共产党对效率与公平问题认识的与时俱进的深化和发展。

| Abstract: | Since the 15th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party,the saying and emphasis of citizen's income allotment principle has changed a lot.The process may be divided into three steps.The changes show that the Party alway concerns for the soical and economical development in China,trying its best to realize and correctly deal with the relationship between effeciency and justice.The essence of the whole process is the deepening anol advancing of realizing the problem along with times. |
