| Abstract: | A detailed comparison on the numerical-quantitative structure of Chinese and the determining structure of English is conducted in this paper in order to find out the similarities and differences between the two languages in this aspect. The inter-lingual comparison will contribute a lot to the translation of such details across the two languages. |
