用核心期刊评价科研成果时应注意的几个问题

基于核心期刊可以作为评价科研成果学术水平的参考工具,部分地代替同行专家来评价论文的学术水平这一事实,提出了用核心期刊评价科研成果时应注意的3个问题:核心期刊与单篇论文之间是整体与部分的关系,期刊质量与论文质量不存在一一对应的关系,核心期刊只能起参考作用,不能起标准作用;要严格区分属于宏观、中观、微观层次的评价对象,做到具体情况具体分析;应根据本单位的具体情况选择和调整核心期刊,定出适合本单位具体情况的重要期刊表。
