摘    要:“质量”概念是科学至上主义话语霸权的产物。大学的社会责任要求它树立学术教育的理念并实施学术教育的方针而不是职业教育的方针;衡量学术教育的标准不是“质量”,而是在人和科学方面的理智水平。

Abstract:The concept of quality is the product of speech - supremacy of scientism. The social responsibilities of universities require that a conception of academic education should be formed and a policy for academic education rather than for vocational education be adopted. Moreover, it should be acknowledged that what really counts in academic education is not quality but the intellectual level in humanities and sciences.
