社会医疗保险是构建和谐社会的要素之一，对整个社会医疗保险系统进行定量化的分析是国内外学者研究的热点。将个体一生的医疗消费从其一生的全部消费中提取出来，应用宏观经济的分析方法，寻求社会医疗保险统筹基金、社会医疗保险费用征收率、社会医疗保险金、人口自然增长率、利率等诸多变量问的量化关系．从而获得了社会医疗保险统筹基金的最优化水平模型，并对社会医疗保险的政策制定提出了参考性的建议。

Study of the Impact of Population Growth Factor on Pooling Funds of Medical Insurance

One of the key factors to constitute a harmonious society is the social medical insurance system, the quantitative analysis of which has become the focus of the scholars at home and abroad. By separating the medical consumption of an individual from his lifetime consumption, and analyzing by macroeconomics, this paper tries to work out the quantitative relation among some variables concerning social medical insurance, so as to get the optimal model for pooling funds of the social medical insurance. Furthermore, it provides some suggestions for reference for the policy - making of social medical insurance.
