摘    要:本文从汉英翻译的角度对《中国妇女》(英文月刊)的对外传播效果进行探讨,强调宏观语篇信息的完好保留与有效传输是译者关注的焦点,语言的外在形式应服从于总体信息畅通无阻的准确有效的传输需求,恰当的翻译策略和方法是实现语际翻译中信息等值的必不可少的技术保证。
