摘    要:力量训练对掌握技术、技能和专项成绩提高有着直接影响.根据青少年的生理特点,对各种力量与400米栏运动员机体的影响、运动素质训练敏感期、跨栏跑运动项目所需力量的基本分析,探讨安排力量训练的顺序、速度力量、力量耐力和绝对力量的训练与方法,使力量素质训练对青少年运动员的身体机能的改善和运动成绩的提高奠定了的基础。

Abstract:The physiological characteristics of teenagers show that their strength has a direct bearing on the acquisition of specific enents.Based on the analysis of the effects of varied types of strength on the teenage organism,the analysis of the sensitive periods of athletic training,and the analysis of strength needed for hurdle race,this paper discusses the order of training various types of strength,the techniques of training speed,endurance and potional strength,and argues that such a training will lay a good foundation for thd improvement of the physical organism of teenage athletes.
