浅谈高职院校道德教育的个性化

道德教育是高职院校学生工作的一项重要任务，在高职院校学生工作中开展个性化道德教育是提高道德教育实效性的重要途径。山东省五所高职院校道德状况的调查显示当代高职院校学生视野宽广、汲取信息能力强、可塑性强、学习生活与社会联系紧密，并且自我意识强，对家庭和学校的依赖小，更多认同于社会、虚拟网络以及学生群体，但是他们的自我约束力较差。针对学生的这些特点，分别从重视学生个性特点、激发学生个性潜能、倾注人文关怀和创建“个性化”道德教育机制四个方面论述了道德教育的个性化。
