农村青年就业研究

引导和推动农村青年就业对构建社会主义和谐社会、建设社会主义新农村,并从根本上解决好农业、农村和农民问题具有重要意义。当前,伴随着农村改革和发展进程,当代农村青年成长环境更具开放性,自我发展更重个性化,精神文化需求更加丰富,关注农村变革更为强烈,社会活动方式更趋多样。但受教育程度低、劳动技能匮乏、维权和社会保障制度不健全等多种内外因素仍影响和制约着当代农村青年就业。促进农村青年就业,需要各级政府进一步重视农村青年就业,在全社会为服务农村青年就业营造良好氛围,转变农村青年就业观念,建立健全社会保障制度和维权机制等。

Tentative Study of Rural Youth's Employment

It is significant for the new rural reconstruction to guide and promote the rural youth＇s employment.The contemporary rural youngsters are more open,various in personalities and spiritual needs,active in social activity and reform.But due to the lack of education and technology,the unpleasant mechanism of rights protection and unemployment insurance,their employment are restricted.More concern from the governments at all levels,better environment,changing of attitudes,establishment and improvement of unemployment insurance are suggested.
